To another rodeo we go!

We went to another rodeo at the Cowboy Church.  This time Parker and Tristin were there!  And it was sooooo much fun!


But it wasn't all just horsin' around :)

 

 

 

And I love this set!!!

 

One of the horseback challenges included water balloons, so after that they got to break the balloons and play in the water.

Dani won a trophy, both boys got ribbons.  And if you couldn't tell from the top left picture...Parker wasn't satisfied with that.

And this was the sweet end to the day...Dani and Tristin gazing into the fish pond.

 

Tristin's B-day Party

It's time to celebrate Tristin's birthday!  Let's start with cupcakes...



Then beat up Iron Man and smash stuff with Thor's hammer...


Try to get Batman to fly around the yard...


Do a little fishin'...


Share some love...with Mommy and a new friend...


Do a little exercises and give hugs goodbye.

Bull Fights

While we were at Grandpa's house one evening the red longhorn bull decided to jump the fence and leave his red girlfriend to explore some... greener pastures :)  The pasture that had 3 black and white potential girlfriends in it :)


However, there was already a bull in that pasture who didn't want to give up his space.  The black and white didn't have horns but still managed to push the red long horn around for over 2 hours (at which time we finally lost interest).

So remember, just because the grass looks greener (and the girls are prettier) on the other side of the fence, there may be somebody bigger and stonger over there just waiting to push you around.

Beach + Family = Fun!

We went to the beach for a bit of family time.  We got there in the evening and the girls had a great time playing in the ocean before the sun went down.
 

 

 

We got a few more silly pics after bath time, then it was off to bed.

The next morning we were greeted by a beautiful sunrise.

Of course the girls got to play in the ocean some more.

 

 

And the main reason we were there was to take pictures of Aunt MaryAnn and her baby belly before Baby Anna got here.  These are a few of my faves :)

 

Nuna's b-day party

Nuna had a birthday!  So of course she got presents.  The kiddos sat on the porch and ate push-pops.  We took both their shirts off because we knew this was gonna be messy!

Another rodeo day!

We went to another rodeo at the cowboy church and this time Parker came too!  You can't be a cowgirl without a hat, or a cowboy for that matter.


To make sure the kids don't get bored before their ride there is coloring.

On the next turn they had to drop lawn darts from the horse's back.

This time Dani won a trophy and Parker won a ribbon.  In case you couldn't tell, Parker wasn't thrilled with that.  He wanted a trophy too.
